Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Introduction<\/strong>
These Terms and Conditions (\u201cT&Cs\u201d) govern your use of the Downtown District Naga website (\u201cSite\u201d), your stay at Downtown District Naga (the \u201cHotel\u201d), and any services provided by us. By accessing or using the Site, making a reservation, or staying at the Hotel, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Reservation & Booking<\/strong>
3.1 Reservation Methods:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3.2 Rates & Payment:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Room rates are quoted in Philippine Peso (PHP) and are subject to change without prior notice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Rates are exclusive of applicable local taxes and service charges unless otherwise stated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • A valid credit\/debit card or cash deposit is required to secure your reservation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Full payment or deposit (as specified at booking) is required at the time of reservation. For corporate or group bookings, different payment terms may apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      3.3 Cancellation & No-Show Policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Individual Reservations (1\u20133 rooms):<\/strong>
        \u2022 Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in (local time).
        \u2022 Cancellations made within 48 hours before check-in will incur a penalty equivalent to one (1) night\u2019s room rate.
        \u2022 No-shows will be charged 100% of the total reservation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Group Reservations (4+ rooms):<\/strong>
        \u2022 Subject to a separate cancellation policy provided at booking; typically, partial or full deposit is non-refundable within 14 days of arrival.
        \u2022 Failure to notify within the agreed period will result in forfeiture of deposit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        3.4 Modifications:<\/strong>
        Any change to reservation dates, length of stay, or number of rooms is subject to availability and may result in a rate difference. Requests should be made 72 hours prior to check-in to minimize penalties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        4. Check-In & Check-Out<\/strong>
        4.1 Check-In:<\/strong> After 2:00 PM local time. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
        4.2 Check-Out:<\/strong> Before 12:00 NN local time. Late check-out may be requested but is subject to availability. Late check-out fees may apply:
        \u2022 Until 3:00 PM \u2013 50% of the room rate.
        \u2022 After 3:00 PM \u2013 100% of the room rate (equivalent to an additional night).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        5. Rates & Extra Charges<\/strong>
        5.1 Occupancy:<\/strong> Room rates are based on double occupancy unless otherwise indicated. Additional adult or child rates apply as per Hotel policy.
        5.2 Extra Bed\/Cot:<\/strong> Subject to availability and additional charges.
        5.3 Tourism & Environmental Fees:<\/strong> As mandated by local ordinances, applicable environmental or tourism fees may be charged separately.
        5.4 Incidentals\/Deposits:<\/strong> A refundable deposit or credit card authorization may be collected at check-in to cover incidental charges (e.g., room service, mini-bar, phone, damages). Unused deposit will be refunded upon check-out after deducting actual incidental charges, if any.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        6. Guest Responsibilities & Conduct<\/strong>
        6.1 Identification:<\/strong> Valid government-issued ID (e.g., passport, driver\u2019s license) is required upon check-in for all guests.
        6.2 Occupancy Limits:<\/strong> Guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy per room as posted on the Site or communicated at reservation.
        6.3 Behavior:<\/strong> Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests or Hotel operations. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guest whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, as determined by Hotel management. No refunds will be given in such cases.
        6.4 Damages & Liability:<\/strong> Guests are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of Hotel property caused by them or their visitors. The Hotel reserves the right to charge the registered guest\u2019s credit card for the cost of repair or replacement.
        6.5 Smoking Policy:<\/strong> Downtown District Naga is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms and public indoor areas. A cleaning fee of PHP 5,000 will be charged for evidence of smoking in rooms. Designated smoking areas may be provided outdoors (if applicable).
        6.6 Pet Policy:<\/strong> Pets (other than service animals) are not permitted. Guests bringing unauthorized pets will incur a cleaning fee of PHP 3,000 and may be asked to vacate without refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        7. Room Rates & Inclusions<\/strong>
        7.1 Inclusive of:<\/strong> Complimentary Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, and access to Hotel amenities (e.g., fitness area, if available).
        7.2 Breakfast:<\/strong> Unless otherwise stated, daily breakfast is not automatically included. Guests may purchase breakfast separately or select a room rate that includes breakfast.
        7.3 Minibar & Room Service:<\/strong> Additional charges apply as per menu rates. Guests may pre-authorize charges or settle bills at check-out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        8. Facilities & Services<\/strong>
        8.1 Fitness & Recreation Areas:<\/strong> Use of the fitness center, if available, is at the guest\u2019s own risk. The Hotel is not responsible for any injuries sustained.
        8.2 Swimming Pool (if applicable):<\/strong> Open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. No lifeguard on duty\u2014swim at your own risk.
        8.3 Valet Parking & Transportation:<\/strong> Valet parking is offered at the guest\u2019s risk. The Hotel is not liable for damage, theft, or loss of vehicles or their contents. Transportation services (if provided) may have separate terms and fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        9. Privacy & Data Security<\/strong>
        Our Privacy Policy (available on the Site) describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By making a reservation or staying at the Hotel, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        10. Intellectual Property<\/strong>
        10.1 Site Content:<\/strong> All content on the Site\u2014including text, images, logos, trademarks, and software\u2014is the property of Downtown District Naga or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
        10.2 Limited License:<\/strong> You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        11. Disclaimer of Warranties<\/strong>
        The Site and all services provided by Downtown District Naga are provided on an \u201cas is\u201d and \u201cas available\u201d basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Hotel disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        12. Limitation of Liability<\/strong>
        To the fullest extent permitted by law, Downtown District Naga and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Site, your reservation, or your stay at the Hotel. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for your reservation or one (1) night\u2019s room charge, whichever is lower.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        13. Force Majeure<\/strong>
        Downtown District Naga shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these T&Cs (including any cancellation or interruption of your reservation) to the extent such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, fire, flood, typhoon, earthquake, strikes, war, terrorism, government regulations, or public health emergencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution<\/strong>
        14.1 Governing Law:<\/strong> These T&Cs and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
        14.2 Dispute Resolution:<\/strong> Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these T&Cs shall first be subject to amicable negotiation in good faith. If the parties cannot resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration in Naga City under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        15. Modification of Terms<\/strong>
        We reserve the right to modify these T&Cs at any time, without prior notice. When we update the T&Cs, we will revise the \u201cLast Updated\u201d date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the Site or any services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated T&Cs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        16. Severability<\/strong>
        If any provision of these T&Cs is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
